Agreement to Terms
By enrolling in Cambridge Educators Hub programmes or using our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
01. Services Provided
We offer:
- Cambridge Teacher Training programmes (fully online)
- Educational resources and materials
- Career support and mentorship for teacher training graduates
All services are subject to availability and acceptance of enrolment.
02. Enrolment & Registration
Teacher Training:
- Enrolment confirmed upon payment receipt
- Must meet programme prerequisites
- Agree to complete all course requirements
- Certification issued only upon successful completion
We reserve the right to refuse enrolment if requirements are not met.
03. Payment Terms
Fees & Payment:
- All fees are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR)
- Payment required before service commencement
- Monthly payments due on 1st of each month
- Accepted: Bank transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Credit/Debit card
Late Payment:
- 7-day grace period
- Service suspension after 7 days of non-payment
- Reinstatement fee may apply
Non-Refundable Items:
Registration fees (if applicable) · Completed sessions/classes · Digital materials already accessed.

04. Attendance
- 80% minimum attendance required for certification
- Missed sessions: recordings available on LMS
- Failure to complete: no certification issued
05. Code of Conduct
- Treat staff, tutors and fellow students with respect
- No harassment, bullying or discrimination
- No sharing login credentials or course materials
- No recording sessions without permission
- Use services for lawful purposes only
Violation may result in immediate termination without refund.
06. Intellectual Property
Our Content:
Course materials, videos and resources are our intellectual property. Licensed for personal educational use only. No sharing, distribution or commercial use permitted. Copyright infringement will be prosecuted.
Your Content:
Work you submit remains yours. You grant us permission to use for educational or promotional purposes — anonymised if requested.
07. Limitation of Liability
- We do not guarantee specific exam grades or job placement
- We are not responsible for third-party services (payment processors, platforms)
- We are not liable for technical issues beyond our control
- Maximum liability limited to fees paid for the affected service
This does not limit liability for negligence or fraud.
08. Disputes & Governing Law
Jurisdiction: Governed by the laws of Pakistan.

Termination
You may terminate with 7 days written notice. We may terminate for violations, misconduct, false information, or non-payment. Upon termination, access to materials ceases immediately.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be notified via email.
